Ordering problems ?

If you click on a grey 'Buy' button and nothing happens, it could be that the main ordering server is down.

In such cases, Phone Us or order.

 

Using the Currency Converter:

Our prices are in UK£ (British Pounds Sterling).
If you want to know the price of an item or items in another currency, follow these steps...

  1. Click on the Currency Converter link found under the View Cart & Checkout Images.
    A pop-up screen will appear.
  2. Put in the UK£ price amount of the item into the 'Convert amount' box (currently shows 1)
  3. Select the new currency to convert the UK£ into (currently shows British Pounds being converted to US Dollar)
  4. Click the Convert Now button - that's it!!!

Problems after placing an order:

  • Why didn't I receive a confirmation e-mail?

We send you a confirmation e-mail and a 2nd e-mail to the e-mail address you supply us when you place an order.
There are a number of reasons if you do not receive them i.e.

  1. If you have an @hotmail.com e-mail address, Hotmail seems to have a filter that deletes our e-mails.
    Look in your Junk Folder after 30 minutes - it is normally in there.
  2. If you have an Anti Spam software programme on your computer which checks all your e-mails, you may have a Filter / Rule which deletes our confirmation e-mails.
    Look in the Killed e-mail / Deleted e-mail / Spam e-mail Folder as it will be in there.
  3. Finally, if you typed in your e-mail address incorrectly on the order form, you will not receive our confirmation e-mails.

 

  • Has my order been approved?
  1. We will only contact you again if your order has been declined.
  2. Please check your e-mails within 3 days of ordering as we will send you an e-mail with instructions if your order has been declined
  3. If your order is approved & processed, we will dispatch it within 1 to 3 working days (see information below).

 

  • How long before I receive my order?
     
  • If it is approved, we dispatch Credit Card Orders within 1 to 3 working days of receiving the order.
    It then takes a few more days to reach you.
  • Postal Orders are dispatched within 2 working days.
  • Cheque Orders are dispatched after they have cleared, this is normally after 7 working days.

If orders are returned to us due to non-collection from the post office, the postage costs to re-send the item must be paid to us before we can again dispatch the order.
We dispatch orders via Recorded Delivery - this means they have to be signed for on delivery.
